Willard's weather page
for Madrid, Iowa
Welcome to Madrid, Iowa 's weather page created and maintained by Willard Sharp.
This site provides real-time weather information as well as historical weather
conditions for Madrid, Iowa. Information is uploaded to the internet every 5 minutes via Weatherlink
5.83 software and Virtual Weather Station software and in real time with the
rapid fire feature to Weather
Underground. Also included in my weather page are links to different
weather sources such as doppler radar for Central Iowa, satellite images, and
forecasts for Central Iowa and surrounding locations. This site also
has up to the second information on current severe weather watches and warnings for the
following counties: Boone,
Dallas,
Green,
and Polk.
During times of severe weather it is possible that information will not be
updated because of power loss, etc, so be sure to have a battery operated NOAA
weather radio handy in times of very severe weather. Or stay tuned to your
local media.
Weather information collected by my weather station is uploaded to this web site, the Weather Underground, WeatherforYou.com, and to the NOAA CWOP program. If anyone has suggestions for improvement please contact me at madridwx@gmail.com. For best viewing Java needs to enabled on your browser.
