WELCOME TO KIDS’ BUSINESS

Kids' Business provides “fresh air” and exercise that are a very important part of a child’s health and well being.  Weather permitting, we plan the day’s activities to include outdoor play.  Children have the opportunity to swing, slide, climb, play in the sand, play games and socialize with their friends. 

Kids' Business takes your child’s safety and security very seriously.  Our main entrance is a security door.  Parents will be issued a code for the keypad upon enrollment.  These codes are for parents only.  Other adults who pick up your child may use the door buzzer adjacent to the entrance.

THE GUPPY ROOM (infants)

 is equipped with a full-sized crib for each infant.  The kitchen area has an area specific for food preparation and cold food storage for formula and breast milk.  A fire escape door is located in the infant room.

THE CLOWNFISH ROOM (toddlers)

Each room is specifically designed for the age group that occupies it.  Furniture, toy storage, sinks, etc. are at a height that the children can reach.

THE TURTLE ROOM (two-year-olds)

Each room has its own bathroom with sinks and toilets designed for children.  Potty training is part of the development of two and three-year-olds and Kids Business is ready to work with parents to make this phase of “growing up” a positive one.

THE STARFISH ROOM (three-year-olds)

This is the first of our four options for preschool.  This classroom is a childcare program and offers preschool daily from 9:00-11:30.  This is a great opportunity for children to grow socially and to build new skills.

THE DOLPHIN ROOM (four-year-olds)

This classroom is for the youngest of our four and five year olds.  This is a childcare program and offers preschool daily from 9:00-11:30.  Children will work on the social skills needed for Kindergarten and they will have a lot of fun learning with the creative activities planned each day.

THE WHALE ROOM (five-year-olds)

This classroom is for the oldest of our four and five year olds.  This is a childcare program and offers preschool daily from 9:00-11:30.  The children in this classroom are on their way to Kindergarten and we are sure they will be ready to learn what the Kindergarten teacher gives them.

THE PRESCHOOL ROOM

This classroom is use for our community preschool program.  Children that are in family childcare or are at home with a parent during the day would benefit from the classes offered here.  Programs are available for three, four, and five-year-old children.  The curriculum offered will give children opportunities to develop socially and to prepare for Kindergarten.  This room is also used for before and after school care.
