Wednesday Women’s Group will meet at Linda Steinkamp’s home in October from 9 am – 10:45 am. Contact Valerie Fakler 712-852-6852 to join.

The CD of A will be holding their WRAP campaign, White Ribbon Against Pornography the weekend of Oct. 24th & 25th. Ribbons will be available before and after all masses that weekend.

Religious Education –Class for Wed 10/28/09 is cancelled for grades K-8.(Football Play-offs)

JAM is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 25th from 6pm – 7pm in the JAM room at the Parish Center.

N.E. Deanery Retreat will be held November 1st at the Parish Center. Holy hour is from 1pm – 2pm. Program “The Eucharist” is from 2:30pm – 4:00pm.

Beginning Experience of Northwestern Iowa, there is a special loneliness for those who find
themselves single again. But now there’s help, Beginning Experiences will be holding their next weekend for divorced, widowed, or separated persons on November 6-8, 2009 at Camp Okoboji. Through talks, group dialogue, and personal reflection, persons of all faiths have an opportunity for growth, healing and closure on the past in order to begin anew. Guidelines recommend that participants be widowed at least one year, divorced at least six months or separated 6-9 months prior to divorce. Contact the Adult Ministries Office at 712-233-7523 for applications or information.

Attention Farmers: Have you considered a gift of grain or other farm commodities to your parish or school? Please consult your tax advisor to see if you can benefit from this giving opportunity. If handled properly, certain active producers can achieve favorable tax treatment if they transfer ownership title of grain or other commodities to a charitable organization. All Souls Prayer Service: Nov. 1st, 5 PM – Soup Supper to follow at the Parish Center. The Book of Remembrance will be available for names the week-end of Nov 1st.

Coffee and Rolls will be served at Parish Center , on Sun. Nov 1st after 8:AM Mass.

Congratulations to Janelle Davis and Aaron Parrott, as they were united in marriage this past week-end.
