Council Committees


Finance and Administration

Mary Lee Orr (President), Ellen Picray, Father Currans, Ken Lang, Pat Joyce, Tony Albert and Rick Brennan

One member of the School Board will sit on the Finance Committee and Principal invited for special meetings.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: To help with the budget and make financial decisions for the Church and School; deal with salary, contracts and personnel of Church, help with salary scale.


Christian Education and Spiritual Formation

Tom Lee

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Liaison for School Board, Religious Education, Youth Ministry, RCIA, Small children liturgy of Word, and Sacramental programs. Helping organize Small Faith Sharing Groups, Bible Study, Adoration, etc.

Liturgy and Worship

Myrna Heddinger

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Eucharistic Ministers, Choirs, Alter Servers, Lectors, Liturgy Committee, Sacristans and linen cleaners, Decoration groups.


Social Concerns and Service

Ken Lang

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Respect for life, Peace and Justice, Outreach programs, Christmas gifts for shut-ins and Nursing Homes (Advent Angel Tree and Collection for the needy), health ministries.


Community Life

Ellen Picray and Kori Huberty

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: liaison with ladies in charge of Funeral committees, Reception Committee, St. Pat's Dinner, First Communion breakfast, liaison with CDA and K of C, Welcoming Committee.


Building and Grounds

Vince Leners and John O'Leary

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Maintenance, schedule and repair of property of church and school, do a yearly walk around, organize Volunteer work days.

Stewardship and Development

Ellen Picray, Tom Lee, Jane Bruch, Dr. Dan Reedy, Cathy Faber

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: help organize it and being part of Stewardship Committee that yearly has stewardships weekends. Help plan a needs assessment meeting every few years.
